ERP
Pricing

How Droot ERP is priced.

Droot ERP is priced on four things: how many people use it, which apps you switch on, how many companies you run on it (one is fine), and whether it runs in our cloud, on your servers or fully offline. A solutions architect quotes your scope after a demo built around your business.

What drives the price

Four things decide what you pay.

Companies

Every legal entity you run on Droot ERP, each with its own books, GSTINs and approvals, plus the group view across them.

Users

The people who sign in to work in Droot ERP. Roles decide what each of them can see and do.

Apps

The apps each company switches on. Start with what you need, such as accounting and GST, and add more later.

Deployment

Our managed cloud, your own servers, or a fully air-gapped install. The product is the same in all three.

Your quote

What a quote sets out.

After the demo you get a quote for your scope, so you can see what each part adds.

Your scope
The companies, users and apps the quote covers, so you can see what each one adds.
Deployment
Cloud, on-premises or air-gapped, and what that means for activation and updates.
Rollout
How we would take your companies live, one at a time or together, including moving off Tally.
Integrations
Anything you need connected, such as Tally, WhatsApp, payment links or your own systems through the API.
Licensing by deployment

Same product. Three ways to run it.

How activation, updates and licence checks work in each model. Whatever happens to a licence, your data is never deleted.

Questions

Questions about pricing.

How do I get a price?

Book a demo. A solutions architect learns how many companies and people you have, the apps you need and how you want to deploy, shows you Droot ERP on data shaped like yours, and then sends a quote for that scope.

Can we start small and add apps later?

Yes. Apps are switched on per company, so you can start with accounting and GST in one company and add inventory, manufacturing, projects or payroll, and more companies, as you go.

What happens if our licence lapses?

You see a notice first, then a grace period, then Droot ERP becomes read-only. Your data is never deleted, and everything returns to normal when the licence is renewed.

Is the cloud version different from on-premises?

No. It is the same product in every deployment model. The choice is about who runs the infrastructure and how it connects, not which features you get.

Do you publish a price list?

Not yet. Groups differ a lot in companies, users and apps, so we quote each scope after a demo rather than show a number that would not fit.
